Working out can be hard to get into when you aren’t doing something you like. I asked seven girls what they liked to do to stay in shape and have fun. Check it out!

Laura Hall

She did a year-long internship at UCSF Medical Center and she currently works part time at French Hospital as a clinical dietician. Laura is also an assistant professor in the Food Science Department at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and has been there since January 2009.
